Mukunuwenna Mellum
Ingredients
½ cup mukunuwenna leaves thinly cut
2 tablespoons scraped coconut
2 red onions sliced
1 green chilli sliced
2 cloves garlic sliced
8 curry leaves
¼ teaspoon turmeric
little pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Grind all the ingredients except the green leaves.
Mix ground coconut with mukunuwenna leaves cook uncovered while stirring in very low heat only for a few seconds preserving the colour.
