Cabbage and Potato Curry
Ingredients
250g cabbages shredded
100g potato cut into strips
4 red onions
2 green chili
1 clove garlic
small piece of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon fenugreek
1o curry leaves and 1‘’ rampe
¾ cup thin coconut milk
3/4 – 1 cup thick coconut milk
salt to taste ( ½ teaspoon )
Put all the ingredients except the thick coconut milk.
Cook in a medium heat covered with a lid. When coconut milk starts to boil stir and cook till potato is tender and until the coconut milk is reduced.
Then add thick coconut milk and cook uncovered. when its starts to boil then turn down the heat to low and simmer till gravy is thick and reduced.
