Ingredients
200g spring onion cut into thin
1 onion sliced
1 green chillies sliced
1 garlic crushed
1 tomato chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1” rampe
2 teaspoons Maldive fish
1 teaspoon chillie flakes
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan add garlic sauté for few seconds. Add rampe and curry leaves,
then add onions, green chillies, and maldive fish sauté for one minute.
Add chillie flakes, turmeric and salt, sauté for further few seconds,
Add cut spring onions mix well. Add cut tomatoes,cook stirring for two minutes.
Remove from heat before it changes the bright green colour
Serving Suggestions. Rice,Okra curry, Chicken curry
